This page summarizes situations where refunds may not apply. Full terms—including revision rules, refund windows, fees, and how to request a refund—are in our Terms & Conditions. If anything here conflicts with your signed order or statement of work, the order documents control.
REFUND POLICY
A refund may be void or limited if, for example:
- A discounted package has been chosen.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- You have requested revisions.
- Urgent or rush design projects are designated non-refundable.
- Cancellation is for reasons not attributable to the company.
- The client is unresponsive or out of contact for more than two weeks during the project.
- Company policies or your user agreement have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been engaged for the same project in conflict with good-faith terms.
- The creative brief lacks required information.
- A complete design change has been demanded outside the agreed scope.
- The claim is outside the stated “request for refund” time frame.
- The business is closing, changing name, or changing business structure in a way that affects the engagement.
- Reasons such as change of mind, disagreement with a partner, or other reasons unrelated to service quality are not grounds for refund.
- If you subscribe to a service bundle and are dissatisfied with one service, any refund applies only to that service, not the entire bundle, when permitted.
- No refund can be claimed or processed after final files have been delivered at your request.
- Refund and revision terms do not apply to items offered free.
- Services including but not limited to social media, SEO, domain registration, and web hosting may not be refundable as stated in your package terms.
- For websites, refunds may not apply once you have approved the design and the site is sent for development.
- For logos, refunds may not apply once you have given positive feedback on revisions and the design is sent for final files.
- Refund does not apply to work outsourced by a third party outside our agreement.
Note: We reserve the right to hold, reject, or cancel a project or contract when reasonably necessary. After a refund or dispute resolution where rights transfer to us, you may not use the delivered designs; ownership of those deliverables may rest with Digital Book Publishers LLC as set out in your agreement and the Terms & Conditions.
